The Soto de la Piovera housing development’s main features

Magnificent three bedroom homes are clustered within an elegant housing development. Each one is equipped with a private lift, swimming pool, and gardens on plots of up to 320 m2.

The Soto de la Piovera housing development is located in a privileged setting beside the Parque Conde de Orgaz neighbourhood. It lies between the M-40 freeway and Avenida de América, just ten minutes from the airport, and is next to Madrid’s main convention centre, Parque Empresarial Juan Carlos I. The development is nestled among services to meet all of your needs including: various schools (Bristol, Liceo Francés, and International Montessori School), the Hipercor Campo de las Naciones shopping centre, two metro stops -Campo de las Naciones and Canillejas-, various bus lines, and the Los Prunos sports centre.

Located on the Luis de la Mata and Enrique de Prada streets, these houses are independently accessed from the traffic circle that marks the end of the Luis de la Mata street.
