Within the second cluster of six homes, Plots E, F, G, L, and M, of radial and curved shapes, have similar layouts. In the particular case of Plot N, the layout is an adaptation of that utilised for Plots B, Ñ, and O.

These Plots face the traffic circle, and are set apart by the curvature of their main façades. The floor area is of a trapezoid shape, with the depth and width of similar dimensions.

These homes are organised around a communications nucleus, where the main staircase and lift accesses are located. The stairway is curved and attached to the main façade, while the lift is located in the corner, defining the shape of the homes. Each of these homes has basement, ground, and first floor stories.

The access ramp to the garage is aligned against the southern border of each property. Homes F-G and L-M are semi-detached, joined at their largest side. The property border marks the symmetrical line from which the interior layout is distributed. The front yard has a lawn facing the street, as well as walkways and driveways to access the home.

The ground floor’s convenient entranceway directly accesses the kitchen, guest washroom, dining room, and living room. The single family lift and main staircase are also open directly into this foyer, which is equipped with a coat closet. The living room and dining room are visually extended, thanks to their views of the back yard garden and main veranda via spacious windows.

The master suite, which is located on the first floor, has an ample private bathroom and a dressing room. This bedroom is built bridging over the ramp, thus overlooking the back yard garden.

Behind the main façade lies an ample foyer, which accesses the front garden through an ample vertical space, which serves as the transportation hub. Bedrooms two and three overlook the main terrace and back yard through large horizontal window panes.

Each of the secondary bedrooms has an independent bathroom and built-in closet, except in the case of Home L, where bedrooms two and three share one bathroom.

As a complementary detail, Homes G and L are equipped with a small outdoor terrace on the first floor, which gives them a two-fold form.

The main staircase and lift both allow for access to the rooftop deck area, where a large well-lit foyer area serves as the entranceway to the terrace.

The rooftop deck is organised into two separate areas: 1) a small section utilised for housing solar energy and air-conditioning installations and; 2) the remainder which is adapted for family usage as a terrace area.

Unique features
The cases of Plots E, L, and M: In these two cases, the main stairwell does not have a double tranche, but rather a single tranche is utilised. Thus, a better distribution of interior space is achieved given the shape of these plots.

The case of Plot N:
The home’s main section is attached lengthwise at its northern property line, with its two stories housing most of its floor space; the access area and living room are on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.

The second section of this house is transversally connected in a “T†shape to the main section. In this case, this home is set apart since its second section has two floors; on its ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are located, with the later directly connected to the main porch. On the first floor is the master suite, together with its bathroom, and with views of the back garden area.

Homes E and N play the role of formally finishing up the facades facing the traffic circle, via their respective shapes which jut forward completing the integrated whole.
