Within the first cluster of ten residences, which have rectangular shapes, the layouts of Plots B, Ă‘, and O are similar.

These are the three largest and narrowest plots, with spacious back yard gardens. The living rooms are also large, allowing for an interior design with two distinct areas.

Each of these homes is attached mainly at one of its lateral borders, facing the street with an independent façade. Thereby, these properties have large garden and porch areas facing south.

The front yards have a lawn facing the street, as well as walkways for accessing the home and winding around the parking zone. On the ground floor, the dining room guarantees the privacy of the back yard garden, which the living room faces via a spacious main porch. The porch is raised slightly above the level of the lawn and swimming pool. The dining room is expanded visually by a “Japanese garden” which separates it from the property’s access zones.

A convenient front hall allows for access to all of the residence. Thus, the hall directly accesses the washroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Each house has its own single family elevator, which also opens up into this entranceway area. The entrance hall also gives direct access to the attractively designed staircase.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is designed in a suite together with its own spacious private bathroom and dressing room. The master bedroom overlooks the front garden area through two terraced windows facing east and west, respectively. As for the second and third bedrooms, they are also located on the first floor. They face southward, with views of the main porch via ample horizontal windows. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom and a built-in closet.

Unique features
The home built on Plot B has is similar to those on Plots Ă‘ and O, but with a few small variations in terms of the interior layout and sizes of the various rooms.

For instance, like the home on Plot Ă‘, house B has an independent pantry area attached to the kitchen on the ground floor. Also, the master bedroom of both of these residences is larger, thanks to the walk-in-closet design solution. As for Plot Ă‘, it has a larger back yard, which is split into two different levels.
