On its eastern border, Plot P lies next to the Colegio Bristol school, more specifically to its open garden areas. The house is only attached at its western border.

This is the only elongated plot, set apart by its ample back yard and the layout of its main room, allowing for an interior design with two ambiences, in this case a dining area and a living room area.

This home independently faces the street. Its attractive front garden area includes a lawn as well as walkways leading to the main entrance as a driveway for vehicles.

The dining-living room is located on the ground floor, opening up to the main veranda, which is raised slightly above the level of the back yard lawn and swimming pool.

A practical main entrance area is allows for access to all of the rest of the house. From here, the guest washroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms are entered directly. The home has a private family sized lift, which is also accessed from the foyer. Likewise, the attractively designed main stairway rises up from the entrance hall.

On the first floor lies the master bedroom suite, which incorporates a spacious private bathroom and a dressing room. This master suite overlooks the front garden through two windows with balconies, each facing a different way.

Also located on the first floor are the second and third bedrooms which both face eastward, with views of the main veranda through large horizontal windows. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a built-in closet.

House P’s indoors layout is similar to those of Houses B, Ñ, and O. House P’s kitchen on the ground floor includes an independent pantry area, which increases its amplitude. The master bedroom is extended thanks to the clever design of its dressing room area.
