Within the first group of houses, which are rectangular in shape, the layouts of Plots C, D, Q, and R are similar.

These four plots are not as deep as the others, but they are wider. Their ample back facing verandas and their living rooms, which are squarer and more compact, set them apart from the other homes in the development.

As is the case with the previous set of homes, each of these houses is attached primarily at one of its lateral borders. They face the street independently. The bulk of the garden and terrace areas face the south in the case of Plots C and D, while they look east in the case of Plots Q and R.

On the ground floor, the large size of the dining room serves to guarantee the privacy of the back yard. The living room looks out on the back garden via an ample main porch. This main veranda lies slightly above the level of the lawn and the swimming pool. The dining room is visually extended thanks to a “Japanese garden” space which separates it from the property’s access zones.

A comfortable entrance hall serves as an access to the rest of the home, directly in the cases of the guest washroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Each house has its own single family lift, which can be entered from the entrance hall as well. From the hall, the attractively designed main stairway leads to the residence’s upper stories.

On the first floor, the master bedroom suite is located, including a large bathroom and a dressing room. This master bedroom overlooks the front yard garden area through two terraced windows with views in two directions.

The second and third bedrooms face the main veranda and back yard garden, respectively.

Each of these bedrooms has its own private bathroom and a built-in closet.

Unique features
House D has some unique features in its layout. For example, its dining room is not separated at its southern border, but rather is included within a shared space together with the living room. Also, the hall areas of the ground and first floors are larger and there are some variations in both the second and third bedrooms.
