What makes Plot S unique is its location on the corner between the Luis de la Mata and Enrique de Prada streets. This plot is especially sunny, with its front garden facing south. It has an additional spacious garden area facing west, with the whole house also oriented toward that direction.

The house is attached only at its eastern border and looks out independently toward the street.

The front yard has a lawn area which faces the street as well as walkways which lead up to the house and a driveway for vehicle access.

A guest washroom, the kitchen, and a combined main multi-use room are all located on the ground floor. The main room is large enough to be separated into two zones: a living room area with westward views of the main garden and a dining area which looks south.

The living room enjoys access to a spacious main veranda, which is slightly above the level of the lawn and the swimming pool. The dining room, on the other hand, is visually extended via a “Japanese garden†which separates it from the property’s access areas.

A convenient foyer allows for access to the rest of the house, with direct entrance to the guest bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms. The house has a private elevator, which also opens up to the hall area, as does the attractively designed main staircase.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a suite layout together with its large bathroom and walk-in-closet. The master bedroom overlooks the front yard through two windows with balconies which allow for visibility in two directions.

Also on the first floor, bedroom two and three both face westward. They enjoy views of the main porch through large horizontal windows. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom and a built-in closet.
